The Tissue paper Experiment

I had been wondering what would happen if you tried to dissolve tissue paper in water for quite some time now. I finally decided to give it a try. First, I grabbed some tissues out of the box and filled a cup with water. Then, I slowly placed the tissues in the water. At first nothing really happened, Soon the tissues were just soggy. I decided to let it sit for about a day or two. I was quite disappointed when I went to check on it.After a whole night  nothing really happened other than the tissues just getting soggy. I shall have to think of a new experiment.
